Impressive room, very very helpful staff. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have comfy beds. It boasts a marvellous location; right by the train line and downtown.
It was an enjoyable stay, upscale place. Excellent location of the hotel, impressive rooms and attentive staff. The place was easy walk to Spartanburg downtown. I got free upgrade and liked it.
We liked impressive rooms and awesome food.
The stay at this stunningly beautiful hotel was a great one. Very professional, outstanding staff, no reason to complain. The bed was comfy and it was great having a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. The view over city was lovely. The rooftop bar was superb and the drinks were hot. The location was marvellous, close enough to - the train line and South Carolina.
