I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the downtown area, with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking options nearby. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and the staff ensured that I had a great start to my day. It was definitely value for money, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, welcoming us with warm smiles every time we returned from exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with spacious beds. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, including Nordstroms and Northbridge Mall. We also loved the fact that we could easily access the pool and jacuzzi. In addition, there were great dining options nearby, such as the amazing bookstore, After Words.

The hotel facilities, including the climate pool and spa, sauna, and comfortable beds and pillows, were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to many Chicago activities and attractions. We were just a short walk away from State St and Michigan Ave, and we even had the opportunity to attend the Puerto Rican day parade/festival. The staff, particularly Peter and Michelle, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
