We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were big, beautiful, and very clean. The hotel had great facilities, including two pool areas that were nicely cared for. The location was perfect, as we were so close to all the activities we had planned to visit, including Universal and Disney parks. The hotel provided transportation, and we got great advice on where to shop from Luis at the concierge desk. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen in the room, which had everything we needed to make our own meals. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our trip eventful and enjoyable.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to everything we needed and within walking distance of the premium outlets. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and comfortable rooms that gave us a homey feeling. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed relaxing there in the evening. The hotel also provided shuttle transportation to and from the nearby attractions, which was very convenient. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
