We had an amazing stay at this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend for the big football game. The location was perfect as it was in-between downtown and other areas we wanted to explore. The hotel provided a free shuttle service within a 2-mile range, which was so convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions for our Nashville tour. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, and our room was incredibly comfortable.
For us, it was ideal.
I loved the hotel's cleanliness - the pool and hot tub were spotless, and the cold breakfast was tasty and fresh. The staff was knowledgeable about directions and check-in and out was fast. The location of the hotel was great, just a mile away from Bridgestone Arena.
Nothing not too like - I recommend getting a room on a higher floor to avoid the noise from the traffic outside.
We loved the excellent location near all the downtown attractions, making it convenient for our Nashville trip. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service provided was a great bonus, allowing us to easily explore the city without worrying about transportation. The staff provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet our needs and ensuring we had a fantastic stay.
