Very big beds, elegant staff, reasonably priced breakfast. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. Average, accommodating rooms. The service was very good in my opinion. The hotel had a super central location. Located 5 min walk away from Chicago tube station.
Horrible area.
Our room was soundproof, beds lovely and a spectacular location. And it also had magnificent view. Staff was so absolutely amazing - they made our stay nice. Pool was great too. In addition, free Wi-Fi worked fine, and there was private parking nearby. Walking distance to boutiques and shops across the street.
The staff was ever so helpful and the room design was unique, beds were comfortable. They made my stay fun. Hot waffles, pancakes, bakery and cereals were delightful and overall there was a good choice of food. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus.
