The location couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of everything. I loved that the hotel had its own tiki bar with live bands on the weekends, and the Riverwalk in the back was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel is also conveniently located near the historic downtown area, with plenty of dining options just steps away. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location cannot be beat as it is right in front of the river walk and within walking distance to everything, including Water Street and Chestnut. The hotel facilities, including the lobby, restaurants, and pool area, were all fantastic. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from correcting a reservation error to providing exceptional service in the restaurant even when they were understaffed. It was a nice getaway and we will definitely return.

The location is amazing, with a view of the river and close proximity to downtown restaurants and bars. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with stickers on doors and walls indicating that our room had been thoroughly cleaned. The staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The valet service was also excellent, with the valet guys Alfred, Winston, and another staff member providing exceptional service and engaging in friendly conversations.
