Value for money
The hotel was conveniently located in downtown, making it easy to access other locations in the area. The sky walk connected the hotel to the convention center, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staffs were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good and satisfying.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Nate, Chris, and a red-headed woman originally from Wisconsin, were incredibly sweet and helpful. The room we stayed in, a Junior Suite, was wonderful with a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and plenty of space. We also enjoyed the great view of Loring Park from the 24th floor. Additionally, the hotel's cafe on the lobby floor sold amazing ice cream sandwiches from Izzy's. The hotel's location near downtown Minneapolis and on Nicollet Mall made it convenient for us to explore all the best restaurants in the city, which were easily accessible within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the amazing view of the city from the 24th floor. The hotel facilities were up to the HYATT Standards, and we particularly enjoyed the cafe on the lobby floor that sold delicious ice cream sandwiches from Izzy's. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect for us, as it allowed us easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast had a nice selection and we enjoyed the pleasant view.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the fitness room and the pool. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants.
