The hotel's location is excellent, in a small square off Campo San Stefano, making it very close to all the main attractions in this city. The staff was genuinely pleasant and provided excellent service with a personal touch. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, matching the pictures we saw online. The hotel facilities were authentic, with a charming old-world feel and historical character. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a delicious start to the day.

The location of this hotel is incredible, tucked away in a charming little side street through an archway. It's right on the Grand Canal and within walking distance of everything in the city. The Conservatory suite we stayed in was stunning, with a unique and eclectic decor that was perfect for our family. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were amazing, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from many restaurants and landmarks, and transportation to the island of Murano was easily accessible.
