We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff was incredible, always ready to assist us with drinks, food, and towels by the pool and beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We had the best stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived at the airport, the transportation was affordable and friendly. The resort staff, including the butlers and concierge, made us feel like royalty, remembering details like our room number and birthdays. The 24-hour room service was amazing, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The rooms were gorgeous, with stunning views of the beach. The restaurants were beautiful and the food was delicious, especially at Terraza and the Asian restaurant. The swim-up bar became our second home, and the staff treated us like family. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, and the location in the Spa was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Above all, the service provided by Jorge and Juan was exceptional throughout our stay.

The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, and the location offers stunning views unseen at other resorts. The AC and plumbing updates are evident and ensure a comfortable stay. Transportation is convenient, with affordable shuttles to and from the hotel.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with three stunning swimming pools and a luxurious spa. The transportation service, including the shuttle to and from the hotel, was convenient and safe. The hotel's location was also excellent, offering a "free" roundtrip taxi to the nearby Grand hotel and a Chichén Itzá tour. The staff, including Jose, Elias, Candelario, Juan. The breakfast delivered to my room every morning was always on time and delicious. the pampering atmosphere and exceptional service made for a truly relaxing experience.
