We had a fantastic stay here! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they promptly replaced our linens when my son accidentally spilled on the bed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of options including pancakes, waffles, eggs, and cereal. It was convenient to grab a plate and take it up to my son while we were rushing to the theme parks. The hotel also provided high-quality toiletry items without us even asking. The pool room was cozy and inviting, and we enjoyed a late-night swim. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to attractions and restaurants. Plus, the view and seating areas outside were lovely. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

This hotel had the best location! It was within close proximity to the Titanic Museum and the Hatfield/McCoy Dinner Show, making it convenient for us to enjoy these attractions. The family suites were spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was enjoyable. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk whose name started with an S.
