I loved the comfortable beds and amazing pillows in my room. The hotel had a great location, with clean and up-to-date facilities. The staff, especially Herbert and Scott, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel like family. The shower had outstanding water pressure and the refrigerator in the room was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was in excellent shape - everything was very clean and looked new. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night of sleep. The shower had amazing water pressure, making it a refreshing experience. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and up to date. The location was nice and clean, with easy access to transportation to downtown or the lake. The staff, including Debra at the front desk, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food and our server, Kurt or Kirk, provided excellent service.

The spacious corner room I stayed in was clean and modern, with laminate flooring that added to the overall sleek feel of the space. The huge, impeccably clean shower in the bathroom was a treat. The hotel also offered a convenient airport shuttle with a friendly driver, making transportation a breeze. I found ample parking at no extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff were the highlight of my experience. They were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and we absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the nice shower. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool. The staff, particularly the second shift staff, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Special mention goes to SHA', a super sweet and friendly front desk agent who made our stay extra special by giving us a complimentary voucher for breakfast on my birthday. The location was also great, as it was about 15 minutes away from downtown and close to the airport, which was more convenient than we initially thought.
