The staff were incredibly friendly and gave me a complementary upgrade upon check-in. The hotel's location across from the Prudential Center made it super convenient for food and shopping. The hotel had beautiful sitting areas and was close to everything I wanted to see in this city.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the Green Line and close to Copley Place, Newbury Street, and a wide selection of restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the floor to ceiling windows added a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop pool, which provided a great view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge and cozy bed. The hotel staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I also loved the option of having two beds in the room, perfect for families.
