The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family. The staff at the poolside bar, Aaron, and Enrique, provided excellent service. The buffet meals were delicious and had a nice variety, with exceptional service from Alfredo, Jesus, and another friendly staff member. The location was ideal, right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, allowing for convenient and scenic trips to the island.

The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The beach was stunning, with white sands and daily cleaning. They even offered free snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The proximity to the Isla Mujeres ferry was a huge plus, as it allowed easy access to the best beach in Mexico. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the two-bedroom suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff, including the room cleaners and pool attendants, are friendly and attentive. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, including an Italian, Japanese, and Yucatan cuisine options. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, with easy access to water activities such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and there are plenty of pools and chairs to choose from.
